General Criteria
The awards are open to all low-cost home ownership developments built in England between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2013. The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on Thursday 12th September 2013.
How to enter
Please visit How To Enter page. Here you will find all the information you need to enter the awards. You must complete a General Category Application Form. Only one per organisation needs to be submitted.
On the Award Category Page, you will find a PRO-FORMA ENTRY for each category. It is not compulsory to complete one for each entry, but to be considered you must address each of the criteria outlined for each award entered.
Please refer to each template separately but as a general guide, enter a written submission with no more than a total of:
- 250 words for the ’General Description of Entry’
- 200 words for the ‘Description of Organisation’
- 200 words for each of the ‘General Criterea’
- For the specific award criteria – please read the category application form for maximum number of words in total
All entries should be submitted in hard and electronic copy.
Please note: The title you give your entry and the name you use here for your organisation will determine how your entry is named in all promotional material.
