Plumlife were the winners of the Home Ownership Team of the Year award at the National Housing Awards 2019.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we’re proud to help many families each year find their perfect home. This year we have helped 176 customers step onto the property ladder, 31 of which were on behalf of external clients and have helped 76 customers purchase more shares of their home to help continue their journey to full home ownership.
We have helped people who would in 'normal' circumstances not be able to afford to buy a home; achieve their dream of home ownership and guide them through the often daunting house buying process with care and compassion whilst providing expert advice and sharing knowledge on home ownership products and have received 100% customer satisfaction for our sales process and information provided to customers.
Our homes have been thoughtfully designed to suit the needs of modern life. Embracing ever-changing design trends and the latest technology, our homes are not only aesthetically appealing but also environmentally-friendly. A high level of specification has been offered as standard in all homes with customers benefiting from fitted gloss kitchens, branded appliances, luxury floorings to kitchen and bathrooms and en-suites. We create aspirational new communities and help transform neighbourhoods for generations.
Judges' comments
Plumlife takes its role seriously and is achieving good results. This has to be a result of their impressively customer-based approach. We were impressed by this entry and it's easy to forget that the need for affordable homes is a country-wide issue, not just a London one!
