The judges will be looking for

Housing providers that have successfully met some or all of the following criteria, demonstrating:

  • The original marketing objectives and how these were achieved, including demonstrating innovation in attracting people into home ownership.
  • Creative delivery of new design and interactive propositions that help build a brand and provide a unique user experience. This can be across all channels including print, web, mobile, email, social networking and may include effective ways of finding and building an audience/community using social media.
  • A market-led approach; a true understanding of the target market(s), customer needs and wants and how these were met. Metrics must be provided.
  • Evidence of a fully integrated marketing campaign and what off- and online marketing tools you use. Metrics and cost of each must be provided.
  • Provide examples of marketing collateral, why and how they were used, at what your cost benefit analysis is.
  • Provide evidence of return on investment including statistics/metrics on what worked.
