This award is for a scheme that has gained planning permission, with 30 units or less.
The scheme must be 30 homes or less and can be mixed tenure (with at least 30% of homes being affordable).
Don't forget to include the following in your entry:
- A minimum of eight high-res images of the project/scheme (internal and external)
- Architect's drawings
- Floor plan(s)
- Area and site location maps
- Evidence of planning permission (entries must have received resolution to grant planning permission at a minimum)
- Company logo/s
- Postcode
The judges will be looking for
- What consultation with the local community has taken place to ensure that the scheme had considered the local environment.
- How the development meets the needs of the local market, local strategy requirements and has responded to demand.
- How any specific challenges or local considerations were taken into account when gaining planning permission.
- How the scheme shows a strong commitment to environmental sustainability whilst remaining affordable for future resident(s).
- How the design features make the most of the site as well as showing sensitivity to intimate neighbourhoods and the surrounding area.
